As a UX/UI and Marketing Intern, I collaborated with a team of interns and management to optimize the app’s user interface while maintaining brand identity guidelines. I assisted in user testing and bug fixing with goals of a seamless experience, and enhanced ad campaigns through data-driven digital marketing strategies.

I helped monitor the app's performance using KPIs, analyzed user interactions, and updated demographic insights to refine the user experience.
Spiel combines the social connection of friends with the trust of personal recommendations, creating a space to share and discover what you love—without the noise of strangers or algorithms. During my internship, I conducted data analytics to collect research, identifying areas for improvement in engagement and retention.
A streamlined Spiel creation process makes reviewing effortless. With minimal clicks, category filters, and integrated Spotify for music, users can quickly find, rate, and review anything they love. To help promote these features like this, we optimized ad campaigns using keyword analysis and tracked ad performance to maximize visibility.

Through data-driven insights and performance tracking, I helped sharpen app functionality, improve user retention, and optimize marketing strategies. As a result of the hard working team and brillant founders, Spiel has more than 4,000 downloads, 100+ five star reviews and over 1,700 active users since app launch in September 2023.
